I love being a teacher, most of the time but I’m sad to think about how the cycle of working myself to the bone is about to start again. This year it’s a goal to work on a work/life balance. It’s so hard to do with the amount of work is needed/expected but I’m gonna try 😩

Looking over the school year calendar has me almost in tears w/ stress already. We need to fix our education system so that teachers are so overworked it takes a summer to recover; make it sustainable so teachers don’t get burnt out and leave the field. @GovWhitmer let me help
