El 1996 vaig començar a treballar per John Chambers, CEO de @CiscoNetworking, al primer equip encarregat d’expandir Cisco globalment.

Anàvem a tot el món a entendre com havia d’operar Cisco fora dels EUA. Aprenentatges increïbles. 🌍

Avui, Chambers diu això sobre la IA:

1. La IA no és només una nova onada. És la revolució més ràpida i més impactant que ha viscut el sector.
5x més ràpida que Internet, 3x més transformadora. ⚡️
2.El 2025 serà un punt d’inflexió. Les empreses passaran de fer proves a implementar la IA a escala: vendes, legal, enginyeria, tot. Cal adapter-se. ⏳
3. La IA sobirana és real
Cada país està creant el seu propi núvol, polítiques i infraestructures.
El lideratge en IA = poder econòmic.
EU, USA, Xina, Índia… tots corren. 🧠
4. No hi ha espai per a somnis petits. Segons Chambers: “Si el teu somni no et fa una mica de por, no és prou gran.” La IA és per reimaginar el món, no només optimitzar. 🚀
5. La velocitat és clau. Els líders lents bloquegen els seus equips. Cal tenir visió, però sobretot executar-la de manera escalable. 📈

El món es mou. Si no ho fem nosaltres, ho faran altres.
