∙ Make your point fast.

∙ Add graphs and statistics.

Personal observation: The more dogmatic a PM is, the less s/he delivers.

Roadmap is a thing of the past. Backlogs are so IBM-ish. Deadlines, god forbid! "How" doesn't matter, only "why".

They became wordsmiths of wishful thinking and PMs of 1.5-feature products.
