The mRNA molecules travel to every organ. Once there all they need do to harm is what was designed as spike=immune response=inflammation. No off.

This is proof positive of bio-distribution of the LNP's containing the mRNA to every single organ including the heart. All that need happen next for harm is the mRNA to do exactly what it's designed to do...

And whilst 'forever' is possibly an exaggeration - I think you must know that there is no off-switch with this technology. And spike generation has been shown to >6 mths
