No debt and able to afford living in London. I was fortunate to work for a very supportive employer, who took a lot of pride in their employees. I worked 4 days a week and went to university 1 day. Architecture didn’t have an apprenticeship route, until the levy was introduced.
@bbc5live Apprenticeships are the future. I was one of the first students to qualify as an architect in the UK, through the architect apprenticeship. Only possible through the apprenticeship levy. A lad from Bradford who managed to live and work in London and study for free.

@james_oliver @PhinHarper I completely agree with this statement and these cyclists are a danger to themselves and other cyclists. I wonder if cyclists who have experience of driving are safer road cyclists. When I am commuting by bike I am constantly visualising how drivers are perceiving me.
