@tomgoom Interesting that they used static stretching as a control group. The aetiology of LL injuries would suggest increased predominance of tendon issues that stretching often aggravates.

Perfect Hyperextension mechanism for a hamstring injury. Interesting to hear that he’s had a couple of previous this season. Interestingly, the movement pattern looks dodgy. Obvs people will talk about trunk hip flexion and knee extension, but a wonder about the MPs.
