I tried enrolling in the Apple Developer Program yesterday so I could publish my macOS apps. Today, I received an email from Apple saying they couldn’t proceed with my enrollment, without giving any specific reason.

Has anyone experienced the same thing? Any idea why this happens or how to resolve it?
