@BrightonHoveCC Thanks Lily but unfortunately that just says that if a collection’s missed it’ll be the following week. It’s been over two weeks now. Cityclean say they aren’t answering their phones and their email just gives an automated reply.
Looks like Corbyn's motion of no confidence will undo the most irritating media myth of the past two years that there's any actual "Tory rebels" over Brexit
Whilst reporting that some pro Brexit campaigners in yellow jackets were shouting misogynist stuff at Kay and that I was “not British” and “a rapist” ... well done all who helped create this situation. Good job.
I suspect the next 10 years are going to be a long, dark process in really understanding how generationally corrupting the YouTube algorithm has been to young men/boys.
Project Brexit is imperilled, as it was always going to be, by contact with political reality. But it's Remainers who I think are at a disadvantage in outreach, messaging and strategy. It'd be a shame to learn the hard way twice that being right isn't the same as being effective.
Ace to see so many damn the whole BBC - by some way *probably* still our most progressive & enlightened broadcaster - over the reckless behaviour of one department. Just as Murdoch's little helpers in Gov no doubt intended when they applied pressure to cram said dept with Tories.
Remain lost in 2016 despite saying Brexit would make the UK poorer because: 1. Some are benefiting little - or not at all - from what growth there is. 2. Voters aren't simply calculating machines. 3. People are understandably sceptical of forecasts.
@TeamKnowhowUK 2nd day of waiting for a delivery from Currys and they’ve missed the slot again. 30 mins on hold to find out that customer services can’t really tell me anything. Help?
