Would this be a good update for the new Seahawks owners? Think it works with all uniforms; but I would suggest moving some of the UW gold down onto the uniforms.
Sort of sounds like irrelevant 💩. Guessing you aren't a criminal attorney or even adjacent. The burden is on the State of Utah to get "enough," evidence that clears over the "beyond a reasonable doubt," standard. Who cares if there is "a ton," or "overwhelming," number of exhibits and testimony that gets marked and entered into evidence against Tyler. If very little of it is "beyond a reasonable doubt," then he should NOT be found guilty. @RealCandaceO simply wants to debate you to point this out. If you are going to take the State of Utah's side then all of your arguments have to be viewed through the lens of: is that point Andrew is making "beyond a reasonable doubt." Have fun but if the debate is on these grounds I think she is going to cook you.
Shouldn't you debate under the same, "beyond a reasonable doubt," standard Tyler will be judged by in actual court. Sort of crazy how the word, "overwhelming," popped up everywhere. Who cares if there is an overwhelming amount of evidence and 98% of it doesn't get over the high burden bar. If the debate ever happens it should be by the same standard required in the actual trial.
@RedWavePress Not fair Erin - Bill is right: It only takes 3 golf courses at 500 million gallons each to get up to 1.5 billion gallons of water. And how many golf courses would there be in LA County alone? Hmmm?
