I was a lieutenant in the NYPD.

I worked “Free Palestine” rallies.

They *always* devolved into anti-cop, anti-America, pro-Hamas, pro-“Globalize the intifada” melees. I watched them even turn on Muslim cops, who thought they somehow had a pass. They figured out what I knew during the BLM riots in 2020; they see blue and nothing else. Those are not your “people.” They want dominance and control; nothing less.

I got out before Mamdani really got to start working. Friends still on the job know the worst is yet to come once him and his Islamist DSA buddies take over.

As a born and raised New Yorker that witnessed everything on 9/11 and still remembers how I felt, and made a solemn promise to never forget:

If Trump had publicly published a list of people he was going after for whatever reasons, how would the left react? I mean, he would have doxxed people and we should all be righteously pissed, right? That’s a flagrant violation of privacy. What kind of all-day coverage would CNN have? What kind of falling out and gnashing of teeth would happen on The View? Cory Booker would ugly cry in the Senate and pull out his bag of adult diapers so he could put on another performance. There’d be another “No Kings” protest this weekend over it.

So why is it when Mamdani does it, there’s silence? The government is doxxing private citizens.

The inability to control suspects that you are witnessing from the NYPD is a result of the Diapraghm law which was signed into law by NYC council and written into NYPD Policy.

The legislation along with department policy states officers cannot use chokeholds but they also cannot intentionally put pressure on the back, chest or diaphragm of a suspect regardless of the situation.

As this is an impossible standard to uphold when attempting to subdue a resisting perpetrator, the law and policy is violated everytime a suspect resists as DA’s across NYC wait for the politically correct moment to indict a NYPD cop for violating it.

The cops are fully aware of this law and the department policy which is why they look inept at handcuffing a resisting suspect.

A situation which used to require 2 officers now requires 10. You see them clumsily stumbling over each other in an attempt to not violate the law or department policy but ultimately they always wind up doing so because there is NO way to not put pressure on the diapraghm of a resisting suspect in order to handcuff them.

The only other way is to break them physically and mentally until they willingly place their hands behind their back.

The law has made arrests more dangerous for perpetrators, cops and the public. This is yet another gift from NYC council that no one addresses or seeks to undue.

Let’s just all just keep celebrating getting lucky at a failed terror plot and the billionaire heiress and her highly misrepresented crime statistics because the reality of the NYPD and law enforcement nationwide is dark.

The Diapraghm law is the reason it now takes 10 cops to arrest 1 person.

I went to Alabama for FEMA training awhile back. Thought the Klan would be right there waiting for me as I got off the plane. Turned out to be one of the friendliest places I’d ever been.

Sat and had dinner with a Sheriff’s Department from Mississippi when I had work in that state. I don’t think I’d ever laughed so hard in my life. Almost all of them had Confederate flag tattoos, but treated me like a brother.

Meanwhile, I’ve faced more racism, prejudice, and hate from leftists who swear they’re the most tolerant and open-minded “Coexist” people out there.

I’m thinking in the Newsom household, their kids didn’t have to leave their house in order to learn about racism, sexism, and bullying.
