@BootsUK ordered chickenpox stuff for daughter on Saturday, paid for next day delivery. Order arrived today…clearly not dispatched using next day delivery! Didn’t order anything else from anywhere else as I anticipated the next day delivery that I paid for!

@British_Airways how do I contact you regarding an issue with allocating seats? I’ve tried to call but get “sorry we’re too busy, bye!” That’s just unacceptable in this day and age!? I’d rather hold for 2 hours than have the phone essentially put down on me!
