@platypusjones The banking system could use FedNow instead of the Automated Clearinghouse. FedNow is a service provided by the Federal Reserve, the government’s own bank, it is the most trustworthy of all of the payment processing systems, and it works 24/7/365

@Irishgirlbragh_ @NYCMayor The police shot the man as a last resort; they tried to persuade him to stop and to drop the knife. The man also said that he had a bomb and would detonate it, so this was a very faced paced and extremely dangerous situation
