Thanks to @Rogers and @CorusPR we no longer have a traffic station on the radio providing frequent traffic reports. Massive closure on Hwy99 tonight preventing family members from getting home, and the only updates are from drive bc… every couple of hours.

@FriedgeHNIC I vote for the switch to Thursday and Monday. Love the show!

[Dan Stone @danielstoneYVR]

I do believe that our system should force people that switch parties to hold a byelection. I didnt vote for the BCC, I voted for BCU and their beliefs and values. You should always have to regain the confidence of your constituents under the new flag before you retake your seat.

@elenoresturko I am a resident in Surrey South and I voted for you in 2022. Im sorry to say that I will not be voting for you in October. I’ll vote green before I ever vote for the BCC in their current structure with the current slate of candidates they are running.

[Dan Stone @danielstoneYVR]

MLA being out in the public and standing up in the House fighting on behalf of our riding. While I wish you the best moving forward, I will not be supporting the BCC in October.

@CamMitchell4 Unlikely… we’ll have to listen to the oilers national team announcers

[Dan Stone @danielstoneYVR]

@peshghi It’s Miller time!!!! lol… you knew Canucks twitter was going to jump all over you after your comments on @spittinchiclets this week. @BizNasty2point0 #gocanucks

[Dan Stone @danielstoneYVR]

@Casenuts83 @lordofthedance Not sure what’s going on here @Casenuts83, obviously we’re all supposed to go on Thursday and there has been no official word from @lordofthedance or from Ticketmaster about the postponement to next year…. Thanks for the notice everybody!

@j_mcelroy Accept the recommendation and move on. Stop wasting tax payers $$. It’s a better move for the city despite how Doug forced it down residents throats which left a bitter taste is everybody’s mouth. Let everybody get on with life.

[Dan Stone @danielstoneYVR]

@CityNewsTraffic I saw northbound Hemlock on-ramp blocked as well

[Dan Stone @danielstoneYVR]

@BCFerries When can we expect an update on the status of the 2:10?

[Buffalo Bills @BuffaloBills]

Damar Hamlin suffered a cardiac arrest following a hit in our game versus the Bengals. His heartbeat was restored on the field and he was transferred to the UC Medical Center for further testing and treatment. He is currently sedated and listed in critical condition.

[Dan Stone @danielstoneYVR]

@TheStanchion It’s similar to roughing the passer in the NFL… nobody knows what’s allowed

[Dan Stone @danielstoneYVR]

@JasJohalBC @CKNW @GlobalBC 19.5% of eligible voters cast a ballot… ouch. (I cast my vote and did my part)
