OpenAI releasing Astra just two days after Fable 5.1 was an interesting strategic move.

It sends a clear signal: when a competitor launches something new, ChatGPT may respond quickly and move ahead.

If this continues, Anthropic could end up in a more reactive position.

@thsottiaux It is not the 5 hr limit. It is sol cost too much. I know it is hard to make a decision, cause someone will be always unhappy. But if there are more choices between Plus and Pro, like $40, $60, $80 for Plus, I will be very glad to see that happens.

Could OpenAI consider a usage rollover mechanism? When an official reset happens, any unused allowance could roll over into the next limit and expire after a set period. This would prevent users from losing most of a reset they had just activated.
