If you cannot sit with yourself and meditate, your nervous system is deisregulated. When you learn to meditate, you learn to regulate your nervous system. 🧘🏻‍♂️

It really has nothing to do with anything “spiritual”. The spiritual nature of meditation, is that you realize it’s all your experience to have and to flow with. When you drop your judgement of self, you arrive in peace. Meditation is the tool to get you there. ✌🏼
