Thrilled with @FastCompany's recognition of @CapitalOne's MONEY Teen Checking experience and proud that our team helped design it. As a parent myself, it's a wonderful feeling to be helping others raise money wise kids. https://t.co/hvW8QEwHRJ
@gokulr I rarely disagree with you, but I do on this. I expect design to become a differentiator as the quantity of software increases. And anyone that’s worked with a design system has seen how much you still need to “design” the product and experience. Great design is hard.
@DannPetty@_zoltanszalay I remember designing in InDesign because it had master pages (used for headers and footers) and the ability to create layouts for mobile, web and tablet. Most think that’s crazy, but again, it was just a tool. A tool I bent to my will because Photoshop was no longer adequate.
Leadership isn't a title, it's a fire you ignite.
Stop waiting for permission - own your ideas, inspire your team, and lead from wherever you stand.
Titles don't solve problems. Passion does.
Challenge the status quo with data & clear vision.
Build bridges, not walls, and spark change together.
You are a leader already.
Embrace the power to make a difference, regardless of your position.
Don't wait to be told.
Light the way.
@WrenchFire@chansoo@Tesla@elonmusk You’re misunderstanding. I never said identical. I don’t expect “are we there yet” or auto shift because my car lacks that specific hardware. But where it can, I do expect work on their end to ensure my experience continues to get better still, especially UI.
@WrenchFire@chansoo@Tesla@elonmusk Sure, but I’d of hoped the promise of vertical integration wouldn’t block me out already with software updates—especially UI. Apple gives me at least 6 years before iOS updates won’t work. What about those that bought the Model 3 two years ago? I’d be livid.
