@LivRylan Less shocking it out of your system and more just letting the feelings be ushered through you (hopefully quicker than they may on their own, especially if you’re trying to ignore or work around them and that feels bad)
@LivRylan In addition, I do self soothing things like swaying/rocking or tapping out the beat of the music. Taking time to gently regulate and feeling much more equipped to move forward with my day or whatever it was that set me off.

If you want a simple way to describe that specific kind of relationship as it stands, sure. But I feel like everyone I hear using it is trying to either break out of it from one side or the other, or it’s trying to define something before it needs to be defined.
Fuck the word situationship imo. That shit only makes sense if you buy into the heteromononormative relationship escalator. Just let your relationships be what they want to be, at whatever level they need to be, for however long they’re meant to be or you want them to be 🙄
If someone is ~really~ asking you about the level of the relationship then you’re probably okay to actually talk about where you stand with a person for an extra 30 seconds and properly describe your involvement and investment
Anyone on here really good at math and want to make me a bpm/mph(and or treadmill speeds) chart so I can optimize my workout playlists? I can’t find anything like it online… and my brain doesn’t do that so good…
