@Bhaumik38516704 Moreover, they are not replying even to complaints. I have sent one via email on 30th of August and via https://t.co/KM5cC4Uldh website on 27th of September. They are saying it takes up to 20 working days to investigate and provide response. But till today no response for both.

@Bhaumik38516704 I had 4 escalations. When you raising escalation, they are saying it takes 10 working days to process. But I got no response for all 4 my escalations. For last escalation 10th working day will be tomorrow but I clearly see that I will not get any response one again.

@Bhaumik38516704 I applied on 26th of July with bio on 9th of August and asked just for visa extension (supposed to be till 6th September +4 month) but till today no decision either. 4 escalations, 2 complains-no reply. I’m very frustrated and stressed but no one cares unfortunately

@CynthiaOluoma4 @vcfjosep @Karenn86437662 @homeoffice_ukvi I have contacted MP too and I received email back that she spoke to home office on my behalf but once again “they will response in 20 working days” but can be delay… and I’m frustrated because I applied for student extension visa but in 1 week I’m eligible for graduate visa 😤

I was expecting that someone will get to me about my complain (they are saying that they are providing response within 20 working days) but today 19th working day and I have nothing.Feel stressed

@vcfjosep @Karenn86437662 @homeoffice_ukvi I have same frustration… I applied on 26th of July with bio submitted on 9th and still don’t have any email or decision from UKVI… and already have missed 2 flights (had planned vacation). Raised 4 escalations- no reply, emailed complain/submit complain form-no reply either
