Worst thing @TicketmasterCS did was get rid of their phone service. Web chat and email are great apart from it’s not immediate assistance so by the time they offer help it’s too late and tickets have sold out and you’ve missed out.

@asda Really disappointed with Asda today. Booked my slot for click and collect for 10:30-11:00 and it didn’t even get picked until 11:35 leaving me sat in the car park for over an hour waiting. Didn’t even get an apology.
