@TwitchSupport update: I managed to log on desktop device using Chrome cookies but I am unable to log on mobile device's Twitch profile and I am unable to change the 2FA to the new number. Twitch is asking me for either 2FA on my old phone number or redirect me to Authy, I don't have either.

@YaBoiWannys @GeromanAT @VTommymom Budapest Memorandum was meant to provide security assurances to Ukraine but also to protect the rights of ethnic Russians according to the Charter of the United Nations. If the right of ethnic Russians had been respected after the coup the situation might not have escalated.
