My favorite, front toss at the field! This is where it all started at 4 years old. Now warmups are lining balls into the fence or one hopping it. Once I get going and get loose, I'm close to sending it over the second fence! I work on staying calm and connected…

Talking through head positions across the plate to reinforce little movement. Tying it into where on fielder we end up to double check that we are staying connected. Front side resistance is key to directing the energy to and through the ball, similar to pitching.

Warming up with the Rope Bat. It always offers a good challenge to make sure my swing movements and intent are present. Squared up some good ones, then stuck a couple in the fence, before punching through a few on the other side!
