Each LOCAL coin has 10,000 BIP in lock-up, with BIP being used to pay all the fees as well.
Each GLOBAL coin is much better—everything is the same, except there’s also BIP that goes to the reserve.
10,000 (re)issued coins = at least 110 million locked BIP.
