I went to Canada for a master degree. I spent 70k$ in it.
The university expelled me only after three years and all credits acquired for graduation.
Not only they bribed my wife to falsely claims of aggression against me. I had to leave Canada....
My son my wife and my degree stayed.

"I’m calling out a fraud at the University of Windsor that’s cost me $70,000, my MASc degree, and my future in Canada. It started July 31, 2024, when I filed a FIPPA request with the Ministry of Colleges and Universities (MCU) for records—thesis evaluations, Dr. Colin Novak’s emails (2022–2025), disciplinary files—after Windsor rejected my thesis (Fall 2024) and expelled me (Jan 30, 2025). MCU redirected me to Windsor on Aug 1. Windsor dragged it out 126 days until Nov 21, 2024—96 days past FIPPA’s 30-day limit (s. 27(1))—then denied everything under s. 42 (privacy), shielding Novak’s sabotage.
This isn’t just delay—it’s fraud. Windsor overrules its own laws at will, showing no respect for authority. My Bylaw 32 appeal (Sep 27, 2024) for a fair review was denied with zero explanation—Danny Anger’s Senate ignored me. Bylaw 55 (Mar 25, 2025) mandates a new committee to re-evaluate my thesis; they refused, leaving my work unjudged. No fair evaluation, just stonewalling. The IPC my appeal (PA24-00743) screamed ‘bad faith,’ and I chased records through Dec 9. They’re hiding Novak’s threats (Apr 2024) and bribery (Jan 2025).
This is personal—Novak lawlessness mocks FIPPA, MCU oversight, and justice. I’ve lost everything—$70k, my degree, my home—while they dodge accountability. My thesis is out there (Zenodo link below); experts can see it’s solid. Windsor’s fraud isn’t just my fight—it’s a warning for every student.
