Ayer se encargó Lionel Messi de enriquecer su incomparable historia.

Con tres tantos alcanzó a Miroslav Klose en la cumbre de goleadores mundialistas. Uno más de los memorables partidos de Messi, y sin embargo de lo que más hablan muchos es de las facilidades otorgadas por el portero argelino –Luca Zidane, hijo del grandioso Zinedine–, y sobre todo, de la supuesta tarjeta roja que el árbitro decidió guardarse.

Revisando las distintas imágenes sí parece haber suficientes elementos como para haber decretado esa roja, aunque también es necesario aquilatar la velocidad, la fuerza y la inercia de la jugada.

Pero incluso suponiendo que dicha entrada de Messi fuera merecedora de una expulsión, lo increíble es que esa lamentable polarización –que también se da en el futbol– les impida a tantos disfrutar de lo que sigue haciendo por este maravilloso juego y dándole al más popular de los deportes. El mejor en la historia del mismo, no se cansa de seguir enriqueciéndola.

Algunos, en cambio, preferimos reconocer sin ambages ni tapujos la incomparable grandeza del futbolista argentino, para después seguir disfrutando de lo que nos ofrezcan él y los demás protagonistas en esta Copa del Mundo.
