@Jamessmokeeee Sheeeesh 8 whole exclusives. Whatever shall I do?
I'd put one together showing the PC exclusives, but by the time I finished there'd be another 10000 exclusives to add.
@GoodTribeGaming@Revision_124c41@JoelJ_Garcia And you're also not considering one other thing: Steam has never taken a single thing from my library.
I own a PS4, and Sony STILL managed to take away a few of the digital things in my library, lol.
Sony is trying to replicate the worst parts of Steam with none of the good.
@GoodTribeGaming@Revision_124c41@JoelJ_Garcia Not at all. Consoles are missing the defining thing that made (and makes) Steam's dominance at least SOMEWHAT ok. Competition. If Steam starts fucking people over they can move to a different store. If Sony does, you need to sell your PS and get a different console.
@PacoBedejo@JoelBlack321@TheUFCArchive So much of the technique that these competitors use is to minimize exactly those things, lol. The whole arching their back crazily, hands all the way out, etc.
This is just all of that taken to the max.
@MissJilianne My favorite part of the yokes is that all the Tesla fans say they were great.
If they were so great, why did Tesla opt to remove them? Sounds like a failure to me.
@Crypto_Jargon 55k refunds w/ a few reviews saying they beat it in under 2 hours and refunded doesn't mean that all 55k were refunded for that reason.
The achievements clearly show that the vast majority of the refunds are not people beating and refunding.
@jstock37@xSonOfSammy The people who use Linux are generally techy. They are going to be more OK than the standard population with having a mid-tower or ITX build in their living room, and much more likely to be willing to build their own PC than fork over money for the Machine...
@TONKAHANAH1@KaizokuBalls Except the photo specifically calls out those who say that the PC in their living room out performs the Deck. Someone who ALREADY has a PC in their living room is unlikely to have never setup a PC for this stuff before, as they have clearly setup a PC for this stuff before.
@DogeTakeoverXD@XMoney Why should I give a singular fuck about this?
Only something like 0.5% of the world even has a NET WORTH of 10M+. Much less than that have $10M just chilling in the bank or a brokerage account.
@YorchTorchGames That's the only thing YOU care about. I enjoy knowing if a game is made using AI. It's part of making my purchasing decisions. Valve knows that SOME consumers want to know, so they put that out there.
Just because YOU don't care doesn't mean that NO ONE does.
@alphafox Literally put together a test bench, nothing more. I wouldn't call this building a PC, just like I wouldn't call an engine with no chassis a car.
@mikesulsenti The Steam Machine isn't a horrible value, but ONLY if you want specifically a living room TV PC. It's advantages are basically zero otherwise, and I'd say save up a bit more to build a much better normal PC if you plan on putting it at a desk anyway.
@mikesulsenti 1) Hardware clearly not in-line, as the BAPC chart shows.
2) You pay $70 for the controller. It's not included.
3) Not everyone needs a SFF PC.
4) Yes.
5) Rosewill CAN be good, but can also be shit. Issue can be avoided by just spending the extra $10-20. NBD
