@VirginTrains Hi there. I emailed on March 6th, how long am I expected to wait for a reply? This is getting pretty ridiculous, I was delayed for 70 mins so surely deserve a refund, I had also booked in advance so that must be covered by this automatic delay repay?

@VirginTrains No problem but because my journey started at hag fold and the delay occurred at the switch I can’t show the switch information if that makes sense. All I have got is that I travelled from hag fold since the ticket has now expired, I can’t open it back up

@VirginTrains 1/2 Tried to fill out a claim online it said it needed a photo of the tickets. I booked my journey through the train line app so never had a physical ticket. I travelled from Wigan Wallgate - Euston (journey started at Hag Fold switching at Wigan Wallgate where delay occurred).
