@asero_tomie That's a fun one, their band sets look they're a blast. They have a lot of edgy early 2000's vk energy which I'm partial to. Ushino Koku Mairi is probably my favorite video by them.

@noxultima_ Change is gradual and can be difficult to notice when you're going day to day. It can help to track your weight and take weekly progress photos for reference. Other than that, keep up the good work 💪

@tkn0801 I saw them on Saturday for the first time and they were really great. Their vocalist tried talking about the thunderstorm and fireworks but didn't know the words in English so she pantomimed them on stage during the mc lol. It was really wholesome
