@DenonAmerica customer support is absolutely worthless. I have had a HEOS drive that has worked for exactly 1 month and how they will not fix it telling me it is out of the 1 year warranty. I haven’t owned it for a year!!!!!

@iah Thanks! Took almost an hour to have my ride get through traffic to pick me up. The traffic official said four more years of construction. Yikes! Need a solution before then.

On hold with @Chase - 50 minutes wait to speak to customer service. Glitch with an ATM cash deposit for my daughter. Not giving her a credit and shut down her debit card all while she’s on vacation! Thanks Chase, for creating the mom moment for me in my work day!

@iah You have a problem in terminal C with people parking and waiting on ghost passengers. Those passengers ready are waiting 20-30 minutes on their rides. Move that traffic along.

When I went to college, I called my PhD professors Dr. last name. Oh wait! I went to a #Quaker college and called all of my professors by their first names. Never mind! Regardless, if I meet Jill Biden, I will address her as @DrBiden.
