What is happening there at Patna Jn and nearby station.? If such is the case that doors of the train will not be opened by the authorities then why railway has been opening it's window online/offline to book us tickets. It was a tatkal ticket of mine which went like this.

@RailwaySeva train no-14223, budh purnima exp, departing from harnaut station, My father could not board the AC coach in which his booking was done as the coach was locked from inside and all lights were off of the coaches. Somehow he managed to board in other sleeper coach.
