so disappointed in @AmericanAir. they charged us $130 to check a bag 2lbs overweight and put it on a diff plane So all of that money and the trip to bring home fresh fish was a complete waste since it will be ruined by the time it arrives. obviously my trust in is completely gone

@AmericanAir this is ridiculous that our flight has been delayed almost 2 hours with no possibility to reschedule within a reasonable timeframe. Case and point why I prefer to never fly with this airline when possible. Terrible experience.
