ICE traps 2 roofers on top of house during raid—but then 200 protesters came & chased agents away.

Neighbors blocked the ladder leading up to roof—only allowing water up to the men.

After a few hours agents were scared out of neighborhood—driving away on deflated tires.

Agents did manage to detain one contractor on the ground—even though his supervisor said he had legal work documents.

It was first time the local ICE-tracking collective asked folks to respond directly to an active ICE raid—and at least 200 people came to help within minutes.

The incident occurred on Westminster Road in Rochester, New York. #DemsUnited
