Such a shame @British_Airways - you get us to LHR T5 early then we sit in plane waiting for a slot for 80 minutes (so far!). Then finally you find a gate free at B terminals (545L) and the guidance system is broken. You couldn’t make it up.

@GavinQuinney No it’s not. All promotions will be planned as part of an annual business plan between supplier and retailer, with volume uptake commitments made. Price paid for the promotional part of annual volume will usually be lower but the non promo volume price will be higher.

Revealed: London’s famous Groucho Club has been sold to Artfarm, the independent hospitality business run by the former Fortnum & Mason CEO Ewan Venters, marking the venue’s latest change of ownership since it was founded nearly 40 years ago. I’m told the price was about £40m.

@British_Airways Three calls in an attempt to solve an issue (with your systems) on a booking - 2.5 hours waiting and finally get through to be told to call a different number. Now Gold Line says it can’t take calls. Any suggestions?
