I asked @RowdyGaines last week about little to no celebrations after winning at women’s NCAA. I saw last night the men go crazy with slapping the water, sitting on lane line hands up, dropping a “let’s f’n go”. Serious question here - Is this a gender/guy thing?

The direction of NCAA Division 1 college athletics will be to split into levels based on funding. The levels will play only each other and have their own national tournaments.
Level A-Will spend the most
Level B-Will spend in a lower range
Level C-Will spend in a lower range
