I get really annoyed when I hear westerners leave their country and bash their countries while living like top 5% in a poorer country.

The only reason you could even do that is bc your home country put you at birth in the top 10% of the world (if you’re from Europe US Canada), even if you grew up poor by local standards

I find that modern “fitness culture” disguises itself as empowerment but its commercialised and detached from intuition. Society has propagandised this by promoting an overconsumption of different supplements/ workouts/ aesthetic as “needed”. While I do believe movement and strength are vital for women, there’s a fine line between being a product of this false narrative and cultivating a harmonious relationship with your body, not a life consumed by gym culture.

@lawrencekingyo Sales gets a bad rep, particularly in Britain, because only common knowledge of selling is either brash Hollywood movies glorifying scam sales (Boilerplate etc), too good to be true MLM, or the charity swarms cold spamming openers outside ASDA.
