@CaerphillyCBC coming up to 3pm and my garden/food waste has still not been collected. This will be a fortnight now. You have the bin police not wanting food waste in the green bin but you fail to collect. I won't be recycling food waste anymore. 6.25% increase in tax to boot

@gotravelyourway British Airways. Used to a wonderful airline. Now they penny pinch at everything. Recently Removed salad and cheese in club Europe and changed meal bands. must cost them pittance to cater.

@British_Airways you could really do with opening your overseas check in desks 3 hours before travel. Passport control in Lisbon apparently is taking ages, were told to come early but you're not opening the desks. It's infuriating.

@Barclaycard why have you made it almost impossible to close a Barclaycard account? The chat function on the app tells me to call as it can't help me, the IVR when I call has no option to speak to someone to close it. It's dreadful!
