@mileslunn@RodKahx With Kenney’s roladex and organizational prowess I think he’d have a very good shot. Especially if Stephen gives him a loud endorsement.
The Covid thing honestly people have moved on. Right now it’s about how does Alberta fit with in Canada. On that issue Jason can win votes.
@justBlakePrice With the Twins now in charge I’ve got to believe they’re pushing for a dedicated second sheet of ice. With JR I never believed he had the players best interests at heart. Rather, he was a hired gun. However, I have faith the Twins are going to do it right.
@ThomasDrance I think the Canucks and the city both understand there has to be at a minimum two sheets of ice. The players need a dedicated sheet year round, and the city wouldn’t have agreed to this MOU if there wasn’t greater public access.
@stphnmaher Totally agree with you Mr. Maher. The gas lighting being done by Trump and his SecDev is pathetic. What’s even more pathetic is the ever shrinking ecochamber of people who take what he says as gospel.
@jabo_vancouver It’s a matter of time before the Aquilini’s are priced out of owning an NHL franchise. It’s becoming a billionaire’s league and mom and pop shops like the Aquilini Group can’t compete. Yes, they are billionaires however they’re not that kind of rich.
@mattsekeres I just see a time soon where the Aquilini’s are going to be priced out of owning an NHL franchise. The cap going up and increasing necessity for resources in an ultra competitive league, with owner’s ten times the wealth is going to force them to sell.
@stphnmaher I’m willing to bet that come January PP will be pushed out by his caucus. The cracks are getting deeper and deeper not to ignore. It’s a snowball getting bigger and bigger when rolling down the hill.
@stphnmaher I think another question is does Poilievre have the intangible qualities to see across the table and build a consensus. When you have 12 different opinions what do you do. History says he doesn’t. Rather, he is blinded by his own tribalism.
@ThomasDrance I’m drooling at the thought of Novotny and Ohgren on the same line. Man, what a wrecking crew that could be. Just physically imposing players.
@kinsellawarren Excellent. Long been a strong advocate for Michael to have a bigger profile with in the shadow cabinet. Now only if the leader could follow Michael’s example of being a pragmatist all will be well.
@SatiarShah@5Canuckss One of the major problems the Canucks had had the last few drafts is they seem to draft players with the highest floor, instead of the ones with the highest ceiling. Great example is Willander vs Benson. Wouldn’t Benson look great with EP40 on the left wing.
