@McDonalds yesterday your app took my order and I wasted my time going to a location that was closed. Today I placed an app order lunch, confirmed my order 3 times at the payment window because they couldn't find it at first, and still, when I got home, it was the wrong order!

@McDonalds if location is going to be closed, that's fine. But next time, don't show it as open on the app so I won't have to waste a trip like I did today. Yeah, I'm getting a refund. Great. Is there extra money on the refund for my time, gas, and irritation?

@SouthwestAir adding extra leg room, at an upcharge and at the cost of decreasing legroom for everyone else, is a bad move. You're going to be just like every other major airline, squeezing your customers for all you can get. But hey, I'm glad the share holders will be happy.

@SamsungSupport SamsungCare should be able to verify your official repair partners have parts in stock before confirming insurance repair appointments. Had an appointment to get my phone fixed today, now instead I'm waiting for a replacement phone in the mail.
