. @CenturyLink - 66 days with no end in sight. Pretty simple internet install, yet here we are. 9 reschedules, 3 no show appointments, an escalated case that was ignored, and 5 promised calls that never came. I've never seen a worse breakdown in communication. Seriously.
. @tingFTW - any chance you can run a line to our house in the city? @CenturyLink (evil incarnate) has screwed us over for 65 days now. I promise I'll wear one of your awesome shirts every day for a year, and bake hella good cookies for the whole office. twice.
. @CenturyLink - 65 DAYS. 7 reschedules. 1 no show appointment. Day of install I was promised a phone call so I could be home in time. You see where this is going... no call. @bbb_us - gives you a glowing undeserved C and 1/5 stars... I rate you as a ripe pile of 💩
. @CenturyLink y’all are amazing. I complained and instead of helping, you pushed my install date back another month. Scratch 48 days, now sitting at 80 before earliest install. Maybe I’m tempting the monster, should we make it an even 100? CenturyLink motto “you wait or cancel”
.@CenturyLink - 43 days without service & counting for a simple internet install. You’ve treated me as a number & ignored your customers. I have absolute no respect or faith in your business model - “you can wait or cancel”. I would take any other option. @comcast@verizon help?!
