@joethorn I’ve created a sermon worksheet I use regularly & have walked several others through it…I use my iPad mini throughout the prep and to preach from: prep in Notability, final manuscript in Pages (28 font Tabloid Oversize), mark it up & preach it using PDF Expert (classic invert)

Having a productive week might be simpler than you think. I love what @revchadbrooks encourages pastors to prioritize:

1. Sermon Prep time
2. Two non-negotiable deep work sessions
3. Tiny/huge tasks (the small things that make a big difference)

But being a great doer will keep you from being a great leader — because the best leaders aren't the best at doing but at delegating.
