@AmericanAir I’m trying to spend almost $6000 for two tickets, but you won’t allow me to split it on two different cards even though any other business, including my small business can do this in 10 seconds
@AmericanAir The payment option does not exist. Your CSR told us to pay at the airport as the only solution. LIES! We wasted hours driving there and back.
@AmericanAir Nope. That’s not the issue and nobody seems to understand that at American Airlines. We have a business card authorized for $3500 and the balance of over $2000 would be on a different card. We’re not talking about splitting at 50/50
Hey @AmericanAir - please explain why I cannot pay with two different credit cards when buying tickets on one PNR. I have one card that is authorized for up to a certain amount, and the balance would be on a different card.
@gsbanksupport So I am now in a position where I need to produce this information for a home lender, but, you and your support team can’t do anything about it.
What kind of BS is @Apple and @GoldmanSachs pulling? I need an Apple Card statement with my account number on it, but they can’t produce it even though I am logged in to my account. The only option is to wait 10 days for a paper letter?
@gsbanksupport No, apparently there is nothing that you can do. Every other account that I have had for 40+ years, put their account number on statements, but apparently whatever technology you’re using does not do that
