The US has returned to its pre-World War II isolationism. What happens in Europe is no business of theirs. That worked out great last time. This time, it will be a united axis of North Korea, Russia, Iran, and China, with other less impactful alliances of former adversaries.

@BBCLondonNews They're not telling the truth. Most people still have either no water or very low pressure; they might as well have none. There's a new hole that's been dug on Anerley Road, and no one is working on it. I've also heard reports of other pipes bursting in different areas.
