@GioChavezCA Iโm latino, but Becerra is a horrible candidate to represent Latinos. He doesnโt have a thought of his own, whatever the Democratic machines say he is going to do. And that interview he had the other day was shameful.
@WestsideLAGuy@sfrr024 How does this have anything to do with mass immigration, retard? If you look at the voting demographics, the people that participated in elections are mostly white people. Only about 20% of Latinos vote in LA.

California is still a lucrative place to live.
My highest dose was 12 mg, and the only side effect I experienced was constipation. However, strength training helped alleviate this issue. Despite consuming 1,800 calories, I managed to retain most of my muscle mass.
Lost 50lb. I also come from a powerlifting background maybe that helped.
@DrJesseMorse Only if you are a couch potato, then, yes, but if you combine GLP1 peptide with strength training, the muscle loss is minimal.
I've been on GLP-1 for almost 10 months and have lost more than 40lb while keeping most of my muscle.
Pros: your satiety level increases, you have more energy on a calorie deficit in the long run, and you cut the food noise.
Cons: constipated, brain fog, and lethargic for the first couple of weeks. RHR increases by 10-15 points, cholesterol increases due to fat mobilization, and it's a bit hard to get deep sleep.
