The first time i never had any correspondence when was told i would receive a call back off a manager. Pretty disappointed with the service, information given and communication from yourselves.
@ThreeUKSupport@ThreeUK shocking customer service from your customer relations team, having made 2 phone calls yesterday and today to sort an issue with account. Being told one thing and something else happens! Disappointed with services/information provided.
For him then to come on and solve the issue in less than 2 minutes. The call today was unnecessary as I was told this wouldn’t happen! This is the second time this has happened when trying to pay the bill. A complaints call has been logged on both occasions that this has happened
Only to find today after being told I wouldn’t lose services my phone was cut off. So yet again I had to ring up and again being past from pillar to post me being on hold. For the guy to tell me after 30 minutes of being on the phone on/off hold that he would finally sort out
I paid my bill on Tuesday 27th and the money had gone out of my account. I then received a text message on Thursday 29th saying it hadn’t gone through yet the money has gone from my account. Rang up yesterday to be passed from pillar to post and being on hold numerous times
