@LBC Ultimately though the issue is Ofsted and parents make this job difficult - because everyone has been to school, they think they know your job better than you and this is where teacher burnout is real.

@LBC As a teacher of 12 years, I think 1 day a week without children would be great. Often half a day PPA can be taken over by classroom issues so you spend evenings and weekends catching up on planning etc.

@JoelFourBases I didn't want perfection... just drinking fountains that weren't boiling water, queue lines less than an hour and for things to run on schedule 🙃 London Series was much better organised and for more people over two days!
