@Hyper_Falcon More general, but the best ADHD tip I've ever heard is to keep a pocket sized notepad.

Obviously one use for it is to manage tasks. I find putting a time to do it helps against executive dysfunction.

I also jot down the little thoughts that ring around until shared or forgotten
