it is fine to realize you have a finite amount of time, energy and focus in a day and ignore a bunch of stuff, like useless internet fights

[Doomscrolling Reminder Bot @doomscroll_bot]

hi! have you eaten something high in protein today?

[Doomscrolling Reminder Bot @doomscroll_bot]

You made it to Friday! Try to plan something fun offline this weekend. Rest is productive too. And don't forget to drink a big glass of water.

the creator of this account has learned that actively improving sleep, hydration, meals, fitness, mental health, and other stuff really helps lowers feelings of “it’s over for you hoes”

[Doomscrolling Reminder Bot @doomscroll_bot]

doomscrolling is often a coping mechanism for something else, like distraction from feeling anxious or nervousness. try not to stay up too late. you still deserve time to rest and recover.

it's Monday!
Have you gone outside today?
Had something to eat?
Drank some water?
Taken your meds?
Made plans to do something outside of work that gives you joy?
Don't forget to sit up and roll your shoulders back.

[Doomscrolling Reminder Bot @doomscroll_bot]

Hi! You're probably dehydrated and slouching right now. Try to sit up straight, pull your head up, roll your shoulders back, and go get a big glass of water.

[Doomscrolling Reminder Bot @doomscroll_bot]

hi, are you slouching?

[Doomscrolling Reminder Bot @doomscroll_bot]

2024 is already incredibly chaotic. You still need to eat something (preferably high in protein), get enough sleep (7-8 hours), and drink plenty of water. Stretches and daily walks are also helpful.

[Doomscrolling Reminder Bot @doomscroll_bot]

I hope you are less Extremely Online in 2024. And if you're on Eastern Time, go to bed.

[Doomscrolling Reminder Bot @doomscroll_bot]

I hope your 2024 includes less doomscrolling. Try to get some rest today and don't forget to drink a big glass of water.

[Doomscrolling Reminder Bot @doomscroll_bot]

This time of year can be difficult. If no one has told you this, I am proud of you. I see how hard you are trying. I hope your 2024 is more restful. And charge your phone at night outside of your bedroom.

[Doomscrolling Reminder Bot @doomscroll_bot]

How about a New Year's resolution to spend less time doomscrolling and more time helping others? That could be volunteering, mentoring, fundraising, or contacting your local representatives about an issue you care about.

[Doomscrolling Reminder Bot @doomscroll_bot]

Hey, did you drink some water today? Have you taken your meds? How about gently stretching your body and/or taking a walk outside (if the weather isn't too gross)?

[Doomscrolling Reminder Bot @doomscroll_bot]

there is no valor in unnecessary suffering

[Doomscrolling Reminder Bot @doomscroll_bot]

Try not to slouch and don't forget to drink a big glass of water today.

[Doomscrolling Reminder Bot @doomscroll_bot]

The bot hopes you are able to take some time to rest, recover, spend some time with loved ones, and that you doomscroll less in 2024.
