@rydunleavy Shouldn’t ownership have the resilience and confidence in their management and coaching staff to let the plan unfold along with belief their GM is making long-term decisions on players + contracts ? If ownership is that quick and easily inclufenfed by outside noise … yikes
@rydunleavy@rydunleavy so how bad is the job Schoen and the #GIants did managing their player personnel and salary cap? They completely blew the 2023 off-season and who they should franchise vs sign long-term.
@EliotShorrParks How about going for 2 when it was completely unnecessary and then killing any positive momentum/confidence gained. Followed by scoring 0 points for the rest of the game. Thoughts on Sirianni being criticized for that?
@CTA_gc@WestJet@WestJet@CTA_gc so... I'm being asked to wait 18 months to receive adequate compensation and customer complaint resolution options because the airline, WestJet, has adjudicated any culpability for a horrendous and borderline inhumane travel experience to the CTA? Is this real?
@WestJet@WestJet >24 hrs and zero reply to my private message. Incredible. Glad you appreciate my feedback and have to say I do not appreciate that you can’t address my issue on social media. What other option to get a response? Do I have than to start tagging media in this thread?
@WestJet I’ve already done that before. Hoping this time I receive adequate support in resolving my request. Otherwise, expect follow ups in this thread.
@WestJet I’ve been stonewalled with a maze to navigate how to file a complaint, lack of ownership/accountability on your company end, and forced to resort to social media to have a voice and hopefully be heard (actually heard, not given scripted responses/denials). Cont’d
@WestJet someone needs to address this issue properly and fix this asinine policy that does nothing but make your airline look incompetent and as though your customer is at the bottom of your business priorities. 5th flight in 12 months with your airline (cont’d)
@WestJet I have screen shots of the DM conversation with someone from your “support team” trying to address the issue, and express how horrible this policy is for the customer experience. And requesting a refund for a “Premium” seat when the experience was nowhere close to that.
@WestJet i have submitted an escalation over the phone to have the return flight portion of my ticket entirely refunded. The response was it wouldn’t be issued because I took the flight. Did I have another choice to get home? (Cont’d)
@WestJet plus, airport staff advised all other airline allows their customers to check in as early as they like on the day of travel. Bags are tagged with the airport, flight #, + destination to avoid the bogus excuse your company gave “to prevent bags going on the wrong flight”
@WestJet there were senior citizens who were forced to wait for 6+ hours with no access to food (no restaurants until through security), water, adequate seating and comfort, etc. Is this how you desire to serve your customers? (Cont’d)
@WestJet 2) a horrible experience for customers who choose to fly your airline. 3) counter-intuitive to common best practice for travel: arrive to the airport plenty early to avoid queues and stress. (Cont’d)
@WestJet myself and numerous other travellers in your flight had to wait 6+ hours to check in and drop bags so we can go through security. We were all told your policy is a customer can only check in 3 hours before departure or later. Which is 1) a horrible policy (Cont’d)
@WestJet I have reached out via phone and email, and submitted a survey about the horrible experience flying from @MBJAIRPORT to @TorontoPearson on Sunday Nov 12. When requesting a refund for that portion of my trip I was denied. Continued in next tweet…
