@financialombuds is there anything I can do to escalate this elsewhere? Have zero trust in our bank. We keep getting lied to about when this money will be paid to us
@yorkshirebank we did the business banking switch and were promised the incentive to switch to you guys. Switched on 11th March and still haven’t received the funds. Appalling service. Holding back government funds that were due to us almost a month ago. Disgusting
It gets better! Was told we’d receive the funds by Thursday. No funds have been transferred. Why do @yorkshirebank keep lying to us? We should’ve received this on 10th April. It’s 2nd May. You’re supposed to be able to trust a bank yet we’re getting lied to continually
Had an ongoing complaint now for weeks. Going round in circles. Still nothing. @NatWestBusiness have admitted it was a clear bank error. This is just getting out of hand and affecting our business big time. Embarrassing to have to tweet but stuck for ideas now @financialombuds
Will also be going to the press with this. Don’t understand how you can hold back government funds and get away with it affecting small businesses 🤚🏻STRESSED
@NatWest_Help trying to download an excel file of my transactions, but its saying "One or more account exceeds the 12 month maximum download period" - only selected one account. Why is this?!
