1. Just two friends in 2003 who hadn't yet realized they had made one of the greatest songs of all time
Alexander Zverev.
Class act.
Humble in victory. Bold in the face of potential adversity.
Great example for the younger generations; humility, kindness and sportsmanship still exists.
All the best for the #AO2025 Grand Final, mate!
Really can't believe this. Might be a rule, but our game is supposed to be umpired also by interpretation. That one is just ridiculously over-the-top enforcement of a rule and not in the spirit of the game. #AFLFreoPies
Harley Reid does it all himself for an UNBELIEVABLE solo goal 🔥

THE PEOPLE’S REPUBLIC OF AUSTRALIA
I wake up at 6am, shivering.
My windowless apartment on the outskirts on Naarm is too expensive to heat during winter.
And even if I could pay the $8,000 per month, it wouldn’t help.
The wind power is unreliable and my social credit score’s been decimated.
You see, last month I posted the wrong video online and the eSafety Czar took away my privileges.
Now I have to walk to work because I’m not allowed to ride the StreetCar.
At least they haven’t jailed me yet.
My criminal trial is in June.
I can’t afford legal representation. But my tax dollars allow the State to engage a top tier law firm and 4 barristers.
I wonder if this is fair but I can’t really think about it. The hunger pains are overwhelming.
I check the fridge. It’s empty apart from a single packet of CricketCrackers.
I decide to save them for later.
I hope they send more food rations soon.
I need to buy clothes so I head to Chadstone.
There’s only 5 knife attacks while I’m there so I consider myself lucky.
I’m grateful that I’m not allowed my own knife to defend myself.
I turn on the news to see if they reported the attacks.
But it’s just the PM calling for conscription.
All men aged 18 to 35.
What is a man?
Apparently I’m one.
I’m deployed to the front line in Ukraine.
I don’t really understand why I’m here, but at least they feed us.
And with a gun in my hand I feel safer here than at Chadstone.
I wonder what I’m fighting for.
They tell me Russia is the enemy. A totalitarian regime.
But in Australia I can’t speak my own mind without getting censored and fired.
I wonder if we’re any better.
The TV tells me we are. Because our censorship is for safety. Their censorship is for political control.
It’s totally different, apparently.
But the eSafety Czar is unelected and she only censors political content.
It seems like “safety” is just a way to sugar coat dictatorship. A Trojan horse to hoodwink a timid, disarmed populous into becoming slaves.
And for some reason Aussies will sacrifice all their freedom for safety.
But the safety is fake. It can’t be guaranteed. And without freedom, well, you’re not free.
And what do you call people who aren’t free?
Prisoners.
Maybe the penal colony was never abolished. And we’re just a test ground for their new draconian policies.
Or maybe I am a threat to democracy. Sharing Banned Videos online.
Never forget how much the Australian government lied about COVID - they committed crimes against their own citizens in NSW and VIC for a fictitious reason
Always keep your guard up
