While you GRIND the GOAL is beautiful, and when you hit the GOAL you appreciate the GRIND even more.
But the grind don’t stop, so there’s something to celebrate at every step.
STOP, REFLECT, and be GRATEFUL
Wish y’all a greater 2024!
@FlodyMani@RecruitmentPq It’s not about what you subscribe to
The private sector controls more than 60% of the current employable population, while the govt agencies and ministries control more than 70% of the current unemployable population, from Federal Ministries to Agberos.
@FlodyMani@RecruitmentPq Clearly the motivation is not structure or corporate validity, it’s the avenue for unorthodox earnings and corruption.
A lot of you don’t see the corruption in the amount of free hours that exist in the Govt job system.
@RecruitmentPq The job security in govt jobs are not the flex you think it is, cause the corporate world doesn’t value those years due to the fact that:
1. You didn’t meet any hard targets
2. Little to no skill addition over the years,
At best, you were good at politics to stay that long.
@RecruitmentPq What you didn’t say:
1. The bank job keeps you active and valuable, while the civil service leaves you unemployable after some years.
2. Civil service is your fastest route to being a pensioner in future, but the bank Job will teach you about money at the least.
@daddytweens@RecruitmentPq If 2 CV say;
1. Last employment, 7years at Ministry of Budgets and Finance.
2. Last employment, 7years Retail sales associate at Access Bank.
You as the business owner need to make a decision, which cv is getting the interview?
@theonlyninety6 Not just that, it was the only solo song nominated from Nigeria at the last Grammys
Charted in more countries than any other Nigeria solo song from 2025
@FCBJimmy_ I like that you know you’re not so far off the sea urchins.

@villededieu@_belikebaddy@olumiideyy I know you feel like there’s value in Nigerian numbers, and I can understand why.
But this isn’t just about Asake, the $ economy has always been more stable and 90% of Nigerians are steadily trying to tap into it one way or the other.
